Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
The short version: we collect what you type into our sign-up form so we can save your seat, remind you about the workshop, and follow up about our creator programs. We don't sell your information. You can ask us to delete it any time by emailing adrian@starlinemgmt.com.
1. Who we are
This policy covers StarlineManagement LLC ("Starline," "we," "us"), an AAPI-owned creator company based in Los Angeles, California. It applies to our workshop registration pages, the live workshops we run, and the follow-up messages we send about them.
2. What we collect
Information you give us when you register:
- Your first name, email address and phone number
- Your Instagram and/or TikTok handle
- Your content niche and follower range
- Your answers to our sign-up questions (for example, how much time you can put into your content over the next 90 days, whether you'd consider investing in a paid program, and who makes that decision)
- Whether you agreed to receive text reminders
Payment information: if you buy a paid workshop seat, the payment is handled by Stripe. We see that a payment was made, the amount, and the email you used. We never see or store your full card number.
Things you share during or after the workshop: messages or questions you post in our Discord, and details you enter if you book a call with us through our scheduling tool.
Basic technical information: like most websites, our pages and the services they load (such as web fonts and our hosting provider) may receive standard technical data like your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. We don't use advertising trackers on our registration page.
3. How we use it
- To save your seat, count available seats, and send you the join link
- To send workshop reminders and updates by email, and by text if you opted in
- To understand who our workshops are for and which follow-up is the right fit for you, such as an invitation to a free challenge or a call about our paid program
- To process payments for paid seats
- To improve our workshops and programs
- To comply with the law and protect our rights
We review your sign-up answers ourselves to decide which follow-up to offer. This doesn't limit your access to the free workshop.
4. Text messages
We only text you if you checked the box agreeing to it. Texts come from a member of the Starline team and are about the workshop and related programs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or email us. We don't share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the workshop, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Google (Google Workspace and Sheets): where registrations are stored
- Stripe: payment processing for paid seats
- Discord: where the live workshop takes place
- Calendly: if you book a call with us
- Our website hosting provider
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
6. How long we keep it
We keep registration information for as long as we're actively running workshops and programs you may be interested in, or until you ask us to delete it. Payment records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.
7. How we protect it
Access to registration data is limited to the Starline team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or delete: email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time
- Stop emails: reply to any email asking us to stop
- Stop texts: reply STOP
Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To make a request, email us from the address you registered with.
9. Age
Our workshops are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you are under 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian before registering. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above. If the changes are significant, we'll let registered attendees know.
